The International Strategy & Operations team is a division of the
Finance department committed to projects that drive Indeed's global
expansion. Our team works cross-functionally and collaboration is
essential in our ability to make an impact.
Responsibilities:

- Conduct market and competitor analyses to support business development across international markets
- Review metrics and performance data and share insights & recommendations with key decision-makers
- Perform day-to-day operational analyses to support other teams in the business - including Sales, Finance, and Marketing
- Analyse financial performance and assist with financial forecasting to support long-term business planning
- Program manage delivery of key cross functional initiatives
Who You Are
3+ yrs experience in strategy, analytics and/or operations (Internet sector preferred); Experience working with both B2B and B2C organizations is a plus- Proven track record in data analysis and problem-solving
- Sophisticated Excel skills (Tableau or SQL is an advantage)
- Experience in data modeling is required; Experience with programming or business intelligence platforms a plus
- Experience in handling operations/ program management is a plus

Salary Range Disclaimer
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed
salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on
factors including but not limited to location, experience, and
performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total
compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly
bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), an open Paid Time Off policy,
and many region-specific benefits.

India 1,360,000 - 1,990,000 INR per year
